This Local Walking Business Really Has Legs!

Live like a Local Tours is a series of walking tours to give people the chance to experience the food, history, and culture of Roxbury, Dorchester, and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods. Collin Knight worked for an NYC tour company and always hoped he could have his own tour company. After moving back to Boston, he decided to pursue his dream. Collin says,  “I always wanted to give back to the community and help local businesses strive and grow.” 

He learned about the Winter 2020 EforAll Accelerator Program at a networking event and decided to apply. “I needed help. I didn’t know much about business, how to get the numbers right.”  After completing the program, he understood better who his target was, how to reach them and how to price his services.
