After watching a YouTube video about crafting wooden rings, Lincoln Pollock was captivated by the precision and artistry. With no formal background in art, Lincoln’s passion pushed him to buy the necessary equipment and turn his newfound hobby into a business. In March 2023, Arcwood Jewelry was born, specializing in high-quality heirloom pieces made from sustainable natural materials.
Without prior experience in business or jewelry-making, Lincoln applied for the Business Accelerator, seeking guidance on pricing, management, and scaling. The program exceeded his expectations, providing mentorship and a tight-knit cohort for idea exchange. “EforAll helped me gain confidence and value my work and products correctly. That was a crucial step in my business journey,” said Lincoln.
Arcwood Jewelry’s sales keep growing, and Lincoln has opened his own retail store in Warren. He also sells online and in five retail stores in Rhode Island, including the Newport Art Museum.
