Each of the six sessions introduces a new strategy to shape the future of your business or idea. At the end of the series, you will:
– Have a short and powerful written description of your business or idea;
– Know how to define your target market and channels to reach it;
– Understand realistic avenues for growth in 3-5 years;
– Learn what questions to ask when conducting initial research on your market, competitors, and opportunity for growth;
– Continue your business development with no/low-cost skills training available through Cape Cod-based resources.
Each session can stand alone but as an added incentive, anyone who completes all six sessions will automatically advance to the semi-finalist rounds of the next EforAll Business Accelerator and one-year free membership to Cape Cod Young Professionals.
