Rhode Island may be the smallest U.S. state but it is mighty! Home to more than 1 million people, the state has seen its Hispanic population increase by more than 40% over the past decade. Over half of Rhode Island’s private workforce is employed by small businesses with nearly 19% owned by a person of color. Since January 2020, over 38% of the state’s small businesses have closed, making the 2022 launch of EforAll and EparaTodos a crucial tool in helping small business owners get back on their feet.

What are the biggest challenges that women entrepreneurs face in your opinion?
Work-life balance for me is number one right now. We have the kids and the family, but we also have our parents. We are in the sandwich generation.
