Business Accelerator
The Accelerator is a free, one-year program offered twice a year in EforAll communities. It provides immersive business training, mentorship and access to an extended professional network. Anyone with a dream to start or grow a business is encouraged to apply.
Class Information
Classes are held on Tuesdays from 5:30pm -8:30pm in New Bedford and Thursdays from 11am-1pm in Fall River.
Key Accelerator Dates
- Application Deadline: Friday, April 24, 2020 @ 5pm
- Semi-Finalist Announced: Friday, May 1, 2020
- Semi-Finalist Interviews (must attend 30 minute in-person interview): May 5-7th between 10am and 4pm @ Groundwork Co-Working Space in New Bedford.
- Finalists Announced: Monday, May 11, 2020
- Entrepreneur Orientation: Tuesday, May 19, 2020
- Mentor Matching: May 27-28, 2020, 5:30-8:30pm @ UMASS Dartmouth Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Fall River.
- Intensive Business Training and Weekly Mentor Meetings: Tuesday, June 2nd – Thursday August 20, 2020
- Final Presentations: August 25-27, 2020
- Quarterly Check-ins and Monthly Mentor Meetings: September 2020 – May 2021
- Showcase and Celebration: Wednesday, September 9, 2020
