What made you want to become a mentor?
I already mentor for several companies, but I wanted to gain experience working with entrepreneurs in different places. I’ve worked with people opening businesses from Florida, Ecuador, Venezuela, and even Africa. It’s been a great learning experience for me.

What is your favorite part of being an EforAll mentor?
Meeting people who want to start businesses. I meet people every week who are ready to follow their passion, and I really connect with that mindset. It’s a specific type of person, and I enjoy working with them.

What do you think makes EforAll special?
Offering free mentorship is very valuable. It connects entrepreneurs with people who have real experience and have already gone through that path. That makes a big difference.

What advice would you have for entrepreneurs?
You need to have a strong mentality. In the beginning, you’ll have expenses before making money, and your mindset has to stay strong. After opening, consistency is key—especially in the food business. If you’re consistent in your product and service, you can succeed anywhere.

What would you say to someone considering becoming a mentor with EforAll?
I highly recommend it. It’s important to mentor within your area of expertise. When you focus on what you truly know, you can provide real value and help entrepreneurs succeed.

How has being a mentor impacted you personally or professionally?
Personally, I enjoy meeting people who choose a different path than the traditional 9-to-5. Professionally, I learn from the challenges entrepreneurs face. Teaching others helps me grow as well.
