How many EforAll startups have you mentored?

Summer 2019 was my first EforAll mentoring experience but I’m  looking for so many more!!

Is there a specific Mentor experience you are most proud of?

When my entrepreneur started getting more people on her team. And made her name more out there!! She’s making moves and taking names.

What made you want to become a Mentor?

I’ve mentored with under-served youth, homeless, and teens. I love giving back. Being a business mentor was something completely out of my comfort zone and the best challenge I could have done. It allowed me to step up more in my business and help others step into their greatness!

What is your favorite part of being an EforAll Mentor?

Watching my entrepreneur blossom and become this remarkable business woman!!

What advice do you have for entrepreneurs?

Learn. Be around people who help to do and be better. It’s okay to be by yourself. Read. And take action. Get a financial advisor, CPA, a business attorney, and coach in your corner. Don’t treat your business like it’s your baby, it’s not, the business doesn’t have a pulse. Treat it like a business. The purpose of the business is to grow and prosper. Make sure you get an assessment on your business every year and update the finances on a regular. And people who believe in you so heartily!!!

Are you still in touch with the entrepreneur(s) you mentored?

Yes! Love her!!!

What do you think makes EforAll special?

The dynamic of the program. The diversity of getting 3 mentors. And how the entrepreneurs learn.
