Nadia Ivy Annan is a creative strategist and community builder working at the intersection of marketing, design, and content creation. She empowers small businesses with tools to align their brand, marketing, and operational strategy to create meaningful impact. She became an EforAll mentor in 2023 after attending several pitch events and was inspired by the confidence and clarity she saw in the entrepreneurs.
What made you want to become a mentor?
I became a mentor because I know what it’s like to have the drive, the vision, and the passion—but not always the access, resources, or roadmap. Mentorship has been pivotal in my own journey, and I wanted to pay that forward by helping entrepreneurs see their ideas through with confidence, clarity, and creativity.
What is your favorite part of being an EforAll mentor?
My favorite part is the “aha” moments—when an entrepreneur suddenly connects the dots, sees a clearer path forward, or finally embraces their value. It’s a privilege to be part of that growth process.
What do you think makes EforAll special?
EForAll is special because it doesn’t just teach entrepreneurship—it builds community. It values the individual stories and cultures that entrepreneurs bring to the table and creates space for those identities to inform their ventures. That kind of support is rare and powerful.
What advice would you have for entrepreneurs?
Don’t be afraid to be visible. Your idea won’t resonate with everyone, but that’s the point—it’s meant for the people who need it. Stay consistent, stay curious, and make room for rest along the way. Your clarity will grow the more you stay in motion.
