Maria Milagros Vazquez’s Massachusetts-based business was born from a moment of heartbreak. After being fired from a job that once felt like the perfect fit, she decided to bet on herself. With a background in human services and a strong passion for helping people grow, she launched her own venture focused on resilience and leadership training. Her very first workshop, “Loving Yourself as a Woman,” sold out all 50 seats.

That new focus made her business easier to manage and more appealing to companies that value well-being and strong leadership.
Since completing EforAll, Maria’s revenues have increased by 40%. Even better, the financial stability now allows her to offer five complimentary talks a year to communities that need inspiration the most, such as domestic violence shelters and youth centers. “It feels full circle,” she said. “I get to give back without feeling stretched.”
