Adrianna Fuentes Archilla, mentora de EparaTodos desde 2022, es Vicepresidenta de Desarrollo Comunitario en ACC Capital, una institución financiera privada sin fines de lucro dedicada a empoderar a emprendedores a través de soluciones financieras. En su rol, Adrianna apoya a emprendedores para que accedan a financiamiento y se conecten con recursos clave que les ayudan a lanzar, crecer y fortalecer sus negocios.
¿Qué te motivó a ser mentora?
En nuestro estado existen muchos recursos y herramientas gratuitas para emprendedores, pero muchas personas no saben que están disponibles. Me hice mentora para ayudarlos a descubrir y acceder a esos recursos, y para compartir mis conocimientos de forma que impulsen su crecimiento y éxito.
¿Hay alguna experiencia de mentoría de la que te sientas especialmente orgullosa?
Estoy orgullosa de todos mis mentees, pero lo que más me emociona es ver la transformación de quienes comienzan el programa con timidez—especialmente al hablar en público—y terminan encontrando su voz y animando a sus compañeros con seguridad e inspiración.
¿Cuál es tu parte favorita de ser mentora en EparaTodos?
Disfruto mucho las relaciones que construyo con mis mentees. Tienen tantas ganas de aprender, y verlos triunfar es lo que me motiva a seguir participando.
¿Qué crees que hace especial a EparaTodos?
EparaTodos crea oportunidades reales para quienes quizás no saben por dónde empezar. El programa les brinda educación, apoyo y conexiones para construir una base sólida y avanzar con sus negocios.
¿Qué consejo le darías a otros emprendedores?
No compares tu negocio con el de los demás. Todos tenemos historias distintas, y cada una es valiosa. Habrá dificultades, pero lo que importa es cómo decides seguir adelante.

Adrianna Fuentes Archilla is the Vice President of Community Development at ACC Capital, a private nonprofit financial institution dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through financial solutions. In her role, she helps entrepreneurs secure funding and connects them with key resources to launch, grow, and strengthen their businesses.
Adrianna has been a mentor with EparaTodos since fall 2022. She first heard about the organization through Rodrigo Salas, Executive Director of EparaTodos.
What made you want to become a mentor?
There are many free resources for entrepreneurs, but many don’t know they exist. I became a mentor to help them discover and access those tools, and to share my knowledge in ways that support their growth and success.
Is there a specific mentoring experience that you are most proud of?
I’m proud of all my mentees, but what brings me the most joy is seeing those who start off shy—especially with public speaking—gain confidence, find their voice, and go on to inspire others.
What is your favorite part of being an EparaTodos mentor?
My favorite part is the relationships I build with mentees. They are eager to learn, and watching them succeed keeps me coming back.
What do you think makes EparaTodos special?
EparaTodos creates real opportunities for people who might not know where to begin. The program offers education, support, and connections to help build a strong foundation and grow their business.
What advice would you have for entrepreneurs?
Don’t compare your business to others. Everyone’s journey is different and valuable. Challenges will come—but what matters is how you move forward.
