EforAll Appoints Tracy E. Shaw as Chief Development Officer

New Appointment Highlights EforAll’s Focus on Continued National Growth

LOWELL, Mass. – June 10, 2024  Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, today announced the appointment of Tracy E. Shaw, MPA, former executive principal at Thread Strategies, as the organization’s Chief Development Officer (CDO). In her new role, Shaw will work closely with CEO Meralis T. Hood to leverage her development, fundraising, and leadership experience to spearhead EforAll’s fundraising and sponsorship strategy as it continues to expand nationwide. 

“We are thrilled to have Tracy join our team and are looking forward to working together to help further EforAll’s expansion, delivering on our mission of providing aspiring entrepreneurs with access to the tools and support needed to launch and grow their businesses successfully,” said Hood. “Throughout her career, she has displayed her passion for developing and connecting nonprofit organizations with necessary resources to tackle society’s most significant challenges and, therefore, trust in her ability to lead in successful growth.” 

Shaw’s success is evident through her execution of local, regional, and national fundraising campaigns and events, leveraging corporate and major donors. She joins EforAll with over 20 years of experience in development and nonprofit leadership, most recently serving as executive principal at Thread Strategies, a fundraising and nonprofit consulting firm, and previously holding leadership roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE) and the American Kidney Fund among other organizations. Shaw holds an MPA with a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition to her MPA, she received her BS in Human Development from Brigham Young University.
