LOWELL, Mass. – August 23, 2022 –  Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, today announced the appointment of Alma Garcia as the regional director for its EforAll/EparaTodos communities, including Greater Worcester, Holyoke, Lynn and Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts, Longmont CO, Northwest Region, AR, and Rhode Island.

Garcia joins EforAll as a transformational community development leader with over 25 years of experience addressing racial equity and institutional racism as well as building capacity in cultural competence and innovative program design for nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she served as a VP of Belonging and Strategic Planning for Raise the Future, an organization offering services to reduce the amount of time youth in foster care live without a permanent family. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alma holds a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and is a licensed social worker.    

In her new role, Garcia will lead a team of seven executive directors responsible for coordination and management of the organization’s English (EforAll) and Spanish language (EparaTodos) program, ensuring program alignment and consistency as well as entrepreneur advocacy.
