Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, has announced the appointment of Alma García as the regional director for its EforAll/EparaTodos communities, including Greater Worcester, Holyoke, Lynn, and Merrimack Valley in Massachusetts, Longmont CO, Northwest Region, AR, and Rhode Island.
García joins EforAll as a transformational community development leader with over 25 years of experience addressing racial equity and institutional racism as well as building capacity in cultural competence and innovative program design for nonprofit organizations. Most recently, she served as a VP of Belonging and Strategic Planning for Raise the Future, an organization offering services to reduce the amount of time youth in foster care live without a permanent family. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alma holds a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University and is a licensed social worker.
