LOWELL, Mass. – May 17, 2022 –  Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, today announced the appointment of Karen “KJ” Johnson as chief operating officer and Lisa Archibald as regional director of EforAll.

Prior to joining EforAll, Johnson spent 10 years at MOS Consultative Services in Riverside, Calif. where she served as the chief of operations, overseeing multiple functions including human resources, facilities management, logistics and operations. Before then, Johnson served as an Assistant Director, Ambulatory Operations & Special Projects at UCLA Health System.

In her new role, Johnson will be responsible for EforAll’s overall operations and will work closely with CEO David Parker and the Board of Directors to implement the organization’s strategic mission and values as it continues to expand operations, nationally.

Archibald joins EforAll as an accomplished Global Education Management Professional with 26 years of staff development, management, education, and practice management experience. Most recently, she served as a Visiting Professor at the American International College of Arts and Sciences, Antigua.

In her new role, Archibald will manage a team of five executive directors responsible for coordinating and implementing EforAll’s English language program model across the nation.
