Philip Gaskin joins the Board with decades of experience in global philanthropic initiatives

LOWELL, Mass. – June 25, 2024 Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, today announced the appointment of Philip Gaskin, CEO and Principal at InterStitial LLC. – a strategic advisory firm dedicated to helping leaders strengthen their return on social giving and investment – to its national board.

“Reducing the barriers to entry and growth for millions of entrepreneurs in communities across the country is crucial to a healthy, thriving, and equitable society,” says Gaskin. “EforAll’s core mission is to do just that.”

A long-time advocate for economic opportunity, Gaskin also chairs the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Invention, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Advisory Committee, a volunteer service group that provides an independent source of information, advice, and recommendations on matters broadly related to the U.S. startup and small business innovation ecosystems.

Prior to becoming CEO at InterStitial, Gaskin served as VP, Entrepreneurship, at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation where he provided the vision, strategic thinking, and thought leadership to support the impact of the foundation’s work, with the mission of eliminating systemic barriers through access to capital, entrepreneurial learning, supportive and connected ecosystems – all supported through policy,  advocacy, and research.

“Philip’s appointment to our Board of Directors brings invaluable expertise and vision,” said Meralis T. Hood, EforAll CEO. “His inclusive, entrepreneurial mindset and global business insight will be instrumental as we expand our reach nationally, empowering more aspiring entrepreneurs.”
