Appointments highlight organization’s focus on national expansion and operational efficiency

 LOWELL, Mass., July 11, 2023 –  Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll), a nonprofit organization whose mission is to accelerate economic and social impact through inclusive entrepreneurship, today announced the appointment of Peter Whaley as Chief Operating Officer and Natalie Van Eron as its first Chief Development Officer – a strategic move towards national expansion and operational efficiency.

In his role as COO, Whaley will be responsible for EforAll’s overall operations and will work closely with Hood and the Board of Directors to implement the organization’s strategic mission and values as it continues to expand operations, nationally, to serve aspiring, under-represented entrepreneurs.

Whaley joins EforAll with nearly 20 years of experience in organizational strategy, coaching, culture building, and program implementation. Most recently, he served as a managing director at City Year where he oversaw a $28 million market supporting strategy and operations for 10 locations and 100+ staff. During his City Year tenure, Whaley ensured the organization maintained a people-centered culture while successfully scaling to 29 cities nationwide. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Emmanuel College.

In her role as EforAll’s first CDO, Van Eron will be responsible for developing and executing strategic fundraising direction, spearheading the organization’s $50M campaign, as well as establishing national sponsorship opportunities.

Van Eron is a 20-year nonprofit development professional who most recently served as the CDO for the Ronald McDonald House of Northeast Florida. Under her leadership, the organization achieved its highest grossing fundraising event in its 34-year history. Prior to that, Van Eron was the CDO at The BASE in Roxbury Massachusetts and held leadership development and marketing sponsorship positions at Best Buddies International. A lawyer by training, she received her B.A from Fairfield University in CT and her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
