What made you want to become a mentor?

I love seeing the growth and development of others. Guiding entrepreneurs as they build confidence, refine their vision, and celebrate their successes is incredibly rewarding to me.

Is there a specific mentoring experience that you are most proud of?

One experience that stands out is helping an entrepreneur shift from self-doubt to launching a values-driven business that centers equity and inclusion. She supports people with significant care challenges with mental health conditions. She is a very confident, strong and successful leader in the community mental health services.

What is your favorite part of being an EforAll mentor?

My favorite part is the mutual learning. While I offer guidance and tools, I’m constantly inspired by the creativity, passion, and resilience of the entrepreneurs I mentor. Every interaction is a chance to grow together.

What do you think makes EforAll special?

EforAll is special because it creates a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for underrepresented entrepreneurs. The focus on community, collaboration, and real-world support makes a lasting impact on individuals and neighborhoods.

What advice would you have for entrepreneurs?

Hold on tight, this will be an awesome journey. Lead with your “why.” Stay connected to you mission, be open to feedback, and surround yourself with people who believe in your potential. Be that leader that everyone wants to work with. And remember, growth is a journey—don’t rush it, but don’t stop either.
