Drawing on her experience in logistics, operations, and strategic planning for organizations, colleagues, and friends, Staisha Santungwana established High Value Virtual Services. What started as a secondary source of income has evolved into a professional consultancy. High Value Virtual Services now provides project management, event support, and operations assistance to a variety of clients, including associations, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
Staisha joined the EforAll Business Accelerator in 2024 to strengthen the structure behind her growing business. Through the program’s curriculum, mentor guidance, and built-in accountability, she refined her pricing strategy and clarified the company’s long-term direction. “EforAll gave me the confidence to see myself as a real entrepreneur,” Staisha shared. “It helped me understand the value of my services and build the structure behind the work I was already doing.”
Since graduating, Staisha has continued to expand her consultancy and refine its systems for growth. In 2025, High Value Virtual Services doubled its revenue, expanded its client base, and strengthened its operational framework. Staisha is now focused on increasing visibility and marketing while continuing to help organizations run more effectively behind the scenes.
