What made you want to become a mentor?
I think it’s important to give back to the community. If I can help people at the start of their entrepreneurial journey—whether as a sounding board, advisor, or mentor—that’s a meaningful way to spend my time and experience.

What is your favorite part of being an EforAll mentor?
Being a resource for entrepreneurs as they figure out how to start or grow their business. But specifically, my favorite moment is the final presentation—seeing someone confidently present something they couldn’t have done 12 weeks earlier.

What do you think makes EforAll special?
It’s the combination of strong entrepreneurs, a structured educational program, and mentorship. That mix creates a unique environment where entrepreneurs can truly develop a clear business plan and strategy.

What advice would you have for entrepreneurs?
Believe in yourself—your vision, your skills, and your persistence. Others can give advice, but you have to trust your own path.

Also, understand that it’s not a straight line. There will be challenges and trade-offs every day, and you need to continuously step back and make the best decisions for your business.

What would you say to someone considering becoming a mentor with EforAll?
It’s incredibly inspiring. You get to meet passionate entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey, give back using your experience, and be part of something meaningful in the community.

How has being a mentor impacted you personally or professionally?
It’s exposed me to industries I knew nothing about, which has been a great learning experience. I’ve also learned a lot from other mentors—different ways to approach problems and support entrepreneurs. It’s truly a two-way learning experience.
