Colin Crociati developed his passion for brewing while studying art in college, making small batches of beer. He went on to work for four different breweries but had to step aside due to health risks during the pandemic. This led him to make the big leap to creating his brewery, Sour Not Sorry, to focus on creating sour beer exclusively for Massachusetts.
Colin applied for the EforAll Business Accelerator program because, while he had a clear vision for what he wanted to create, he needed to learn the fundamentals of running a business. He loved how the program enabled him to hear and learn from other business owners, connect with mentors, and participate in classes, where he learned how to best pitch his business.
Since graduating from the EforAll program, Sour Not Sorry Brewery has tripled production and is now sold in twelve stores and restaurants across MA. And instead of operating out of Colin’s backyard, there is now an actual tap room. Colin recommends EforAll to any entrepreneur, saying: “The program is great to help you get started and to have a really good sense of all aspects of running a business.”
