Title: Program Manager (full-time)
Reports To: Executive Director, Entrepreneurship for All

General Summary/Overview
Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) is accelerating economic and social impact through entrepreneurship in mid-sized cities. Currently EforAll is operating in Massachusetts in the Merrimack Valley (Lowell & Lawrence) and the South Coast (New Bedford & Fall River).

Title: Program Manager
EforAll is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager, effective immediately. The person hired will manage the semi-annual startup Accelerator and Awareness Building Programs in Lowell and Lawrence. The Program Manager leads internal and external functions: managing EforAll’s internal operations and leading external projects that support the growth of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses. A significant responsibility of the position is the timely and successful execution of events, seminars and programs.

  • Administer startup Accelerator and Awareness Building programs
  • Work with program staff to ensure program quality, including curricula, mentors, experts, and staff
  • Serve as a resource to program staff in the recruiting, hiring, training and managing of program instructors, consultants, and volunteers
  • Recommend new programs to address changing entrepreneur needs and economic conditions
  • Staff and/or attend programs as needed
  • Attend and speak at community meetings and events as needed
  • Develop relationships with community groups to work collaboratively on various projects
  • Maintaining partnerships with over a dozen community colleges and other key partners
  • Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders within the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and economic development field to support recruitment of qualified small business applicants

  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills working across diverse teams and organizations
  • Responsive to entrepreneur needs
  • Capable of working independently, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions on the fly
  • Experience managing budgets and expenses
  • Strong Excel, MS Office, and database skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in relevant field
  • Passionate about startups and entrepreneurship
  • Minimum of five years of experience in planning/organizing/directing/running programs
  • Ability to work flexibly in a start-up, teamwork environment and take initiative as a self-starter
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with people from diverse personal and professional backgrounds
  • Access to a vehicle for travel to different sites (mileage outside commuting will be reimbursed)
  • Knowledge of Lawrence and Lowell preferred

Title: Marketing Manager 
EforAll is looking to for a creative and energetic individual to manage marketing duties for all of EforAll’s locations. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing & executing short-term and long-term marketing strategy
  • Managing press relations with local/state outlets & cultivating relationships with national outlets
  • Creating impactful content for online platforms (website, social media, e-mail marketing)
  • Maintaining the organization’s brand identity/image
  • Attending events across the state to recruit entrepreneurs/mentors
  • Building relationships with current & potential community partners

Characteristics/Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills working across diverse teams and organizations
  • Capable of working independently, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions on the fly

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Passionate about startups and entrepreneurship
  • 5-7 years’ work experience in marketing/public relations
  • Ability to work flexibly in a start-up, teamwork environment and take initiative as a self-starter
  • Experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, and Photoshop preferred
  • Work experience in mid-sized cities and/or non-profits preferred
